Trailer FB90

FTG forestry trailer FB90 has a loading capacity of 9 000 kg and a permissible total weight of 11 500 kg. FB90 is a forestry trailer with a crane range from 5.1 m to 7.5 m of reach. Strong and durable single beam frame design is a main forestry trailer support element which is flexible for twisting. Straight or upwards drawbar is equipped with two-cylinder hydraulic steering for improved maneuverability. It is suitable for transporting timber, firewood, pulpwood and other logs.

For a complete balance hydraulic telescopic support legs with well-protected hoses for long run damage-free operation are installed. The legs firmly reach the ground and assures complete stability of the trailer.

Standard trailer delivered with 3  bunks and 6 stakes in total. Bunks with stakes are used to stack in and hold logs on the trailer. Depending on the log lengths bunks can be moved along the central beam to suit the necessary length. Additional bunks with stakes can be installed if needed for shorter timber logs. The trailer has a loading length of 4.5 m, which can be extended by attaching a frame extension to the center beam. Frame extension is secured to the beam with bolts. To secure a load on the trailer the frame has welded on sling loops/anchor points for the tensioning belt.

Trailer has an improved gate construction and “easy-climbing” bogie design with an adjustable longitudinal position for optimal balance. Bogie swing axle’s design ensures high durability & long service-free operation.

Trailer FB90 can also be equipped with a wheel drive (Black Bruin, B240 hub motors) on the rear axle and its own oil supply for optimum traction. To meet the specific needs of each user and to expand the areas of use, FB90 trailers have a wide range of options and accessories.
